Zavis는 크리에이터가 자기 방송 녹화를 편집하고, 완성한 영상을 자기 유튜브·틱톡 계정에 올리도록 돕는 윈도우 PC 프로그램입니다. 누구나 내려받아 자기 PC에서 쓸 수 있습니다. 영상 편집과 처리는 모두 사용자 PC에서 이뤄집니다.
이용약관
- Zavis는 사용자가 고른 영상만, 사용자가 확인한 제목·캡션·공개 범위로, 사용자가 [게시] 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 올립니다. 자동·예약 게시는 하지 않습니다.
- 올리는 콘텐츠의 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 유튜브·틱톡 등 각 플랫폼의 약관과 커뮤니티 가이드를 지켜야 합니다.
- Zavis는 플랫폼 계정에 접근할 때 각 플랫폼의 공식 API와 사용자가 허락한 권한만 씁니다. 사용자는 언제든 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.
- 베타 기간의 Zavis는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 플랫폼 정책이나 API가 바뀌면 일부 기능이 멈출 수 있습니다.
- 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.
개인정보처리방침
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
- 플랫폼 연결 토큰(유튜브·틱톡 접근·갱신 토큰): 사용자가 고른 영상을 사용자 본인 계정에 올리기 위해.
- 계정 표시 정보(유튜브 채널 이름, 틱톡 닉네임·프로필 사진·게시 설정): 어느 계정에 올라가는지 보여 주고, 플랫폼 규칙에 맞는 게시 화면을 그리기 위해.
- 베타 신청 이메일(홈페이지에서 신청한 경우): 베타 안내를 보내기 위해.
2. 보관 장소와 기간
- 토큰과 계정 표시 정보는 사용자 PC에만 윈도우 암호화(DPAPI)로 저장되며, 사용자가 연결을 끊거나 프로그램을 지우면 삭제됩니다. Zavis 운영자는 이 정보를 보관하지 않습니다(틱톡 토큰이 연결 서버를 지나가는 것은 3번 참고).
- 영상 파일은 사용자 PC에서 해당 플랫폼(유튜브·틱톡) 서버로 바로 전송되며, Zavis 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
- 베타 신청 이메일은 베타가 끝나고 정식 안내를 보낸 뒤 지웁니다.
3. 처리 위탁·국외 이전
틱톡은 로그인과 토큰 갱신(보통 하루 한 번) 때 앱 비밀값을 요구합니다. 이 값을 붙이기 위해 그때마다 인증 코드나 갱신 토큰이 zavis.run 연결 서버(Cloudflare, 미국)를 지나가고, 틱톡이 준 토큰이 같은 길로 사용자 PC에 돌아옵니다. 이 서버는 아무것도 저장하거나 기록하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 영상과 게시 정보는 사용자의 지시에 따라 사용자 본인의 플랫폼 계정으로만 보냅니다.
5. 파기와 연결 끊기
- Zavis 업로드 화면의 [연결 끊기]를 누르면 PC의 토큰 파일이 지워집니다.
- 플랫폼 쪽 권한도 지우려면: 틱톡 앱 → 설정 및 개인정보 → 보안 → 앱 권한 관리 / 구글 계정 → 보안 → 서드 파티 앱 액세스.
6. 이용자의 권리
베타 신청 이메일의 열람·정정·삭제를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. PC에 저장된 정보는 사용자가 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
7. 자동 수집 장치
Zavis 프로그램과 이 홈페이지는 광고·추적 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
토큰 암호화 저장(DPAPI), 연결 서버 무저장, 모든 통신 HTTPS.

Zavis는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 유튜브 기능을 쓰면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것이며, 구글의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
English summary
What Zavis is. Zavis is a Windows desktop app that helps creators edit their own stream recordings and post the finished videos to their own YouTube and TikTok accounts. Anyone can download it and run it on their own PC.
Terms. Zavis uploads only the video the user selects, with the caption and privacy setting the user confirms, and only when the user presses Post. There is no automatic or scheduled posting. Users are responsible for their content and must follow each platform's terms and community guidelines. The app uses only official platform APIs and the permissions the user grants, and users can disconnect at any time.
Privacy. OAuth tokens and account display info (channel name, TikTok nickname, avatar, posting settings) are stored only on the user's PC, encrypted with Windows DPAPI, and are deleted when the user disconnects. Videos go directly from the user's PC to YouTube or TikTok and never pass through Zavis servers. During TikTok sign-in and token refresh (usually once a day), the authorization code or refresh token passes through the zavis.run token relay (Cloudflare, USA), which adds the app secret, stores and logs nothing, and returns TikTok's tokens to the user's PC. We do not sell or share personal data. Users can revoke access in TikTok (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions) or Google (Security → Third-party access). Zavis uses YouTube API Services; by using its YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data follows the Google Privacy Policy.
